Discovery of Novel Therapeutic Targets in Cancer / 肿瘤新治疗靶点的发现

Using genome-wide CRISPR screens, we conduct in-depth studies of classic cancer-associated signaling pathways such as Wnt, TGF, and VHL-HIF, uncovering important new regulatory genes—some of which offer therapeutic targets for tumors. We also systematically analyze the key genes that determine the anticancer activity of diverse drugs, providing biomarkers for their precision use and revealing synthetic-lethal targets that can enhance therapeutic efficacy.

Molecular Glue Degraders for “Undruggable” Targets / “难以成药”靶点的分子胶降解剂

Driver proteins of many major diseases remain “undruggable,” representing vast unmet clinical need. Molecular glue degraders targeting such proteins have become a research hotspot and a priority in drug discovery. We have established novel high-throughput degrader screening systems to discover and characterize degraders against key disease target proteins, delivering new candidate targeted therapeutics for these challenging targets.
